Volleyball
Below is the official volleyball line-up card that is to be used for all DPL matches. Please print and make enough copies to last the season. Also included are examples of how players should be line-up to start a set (game) when you are receiving or serving in a continuous rotation match.
Play-off seedings will be determined by conference win-loss record. In the event of a tie in the standings, head-to-head record will be used as the first tie-breaker, followed by the total number of sets lost, then season point differential, lastly ending in a coin toss to break the tie if necessary.
The 2023 volleyball regular season will start on Saturday, September 17th and will end on Saturday, October 29th. Playoffs will be held November 2nd through November 10th.
The Championship matches will be held on Saturday, November 11th.
The following teams will be eligible for their respective playoffs:
- Top 5 teams in each of the 5G West and 5G East divisions
- All 5 6GD1 teams
- Top 4 teams in each of the 6GD2 East, West, and Central divisions
- All 6 7GD1 teams
- Top 5 teams in each of the 7GD2 East and 7GD2 West divisions
- All 7 8GD1 teams
- Top 4 teams in each of the 8GD2 East and 8GD2 West divisions
- Top 4 teams in each of the Coed West and Coed East divisions
- Top 8 VD3 teams
Please Note
For games at each of these venues:
- Bishop Dunne is a cashless campus so no cash for concessions. No animals allowed in gym or stadium. All spectators will remain in the stands no chairs allowed on the track during football games.
- STA
Our bleachers NOW HAVE Shade covers, but if you choose to sit in your own chair, plan to bring “shade”. NO PARENTS are allowed on the STA HOME side of the field.

Sundays parking is busy as Church gets out at Noon. Plan accordingly.
- St. Patrick: No parking is allowed in the red fire zone or the yellow loading zone
- Prince of Peace:
Parking for 12:00 o'clock game will be limited due to Mass. Spectators may park on the street or nearby businesses that are closed for the weekend. Spectators cannot park in front of the fields (east side). There is limited access to restrooms, please plan accordingly. Full concessions with BBQ sandwiches will be offered all day.
